Actions Menu

One of RunIt!'s menus is Actions Menu. It contains some service functions of the program. Actions Menu is accessible from LaunchBand and by use of keyboard shortcut.

Actions Menu includes following items: "Configuration...", "About RunIt!...", "Exit", "Clear Recent Menu", "Update links info", "View Top100", "View log file", "Clear log file" and "Help".

"Configuration" item opens "Configuration" dialog box. Refer to "Configuration" section of this help file for details.

"About RunIt!" item opens "About RunIt!" dialog box . This dialog box allows you to register the program, to e-mail the author and to enter RunIt! site directly.

"Exit" item quits a program.

"Clear menu" item removes all items from the Recent and "Excluded" Menu

"Rescan disk folders" item is used to reindex files for use in Run window quick start mechanism. Refer to "Run window" topic for details.

"Update links info" item is to update data of link files. You can use this item to submit changes in Start Menu, Desktop and Quick Launch folders when the automatic rescan of this folders is turned off.

Select "View Top100" item to view Top100 file in Windows' standard text editor. Top100 file is a file where all tracked programs are sorted according to a frequency of their executions.

Select "View log file" item to view log file or "Clear log file" to clear it. For more detailed information about log file see "Log File options" topic of this file.

"Help" item shows you this file.
